These faculty members provide regular guidance and feedback as students complete their coursework. They also are easily accessible. Axia College instructors maintain regular online and telephone “office hours” for one-on-one consultation in real time. Of course, they also can be contacted by email any time.
Dr. Mina Richards, Axia College instructor, says she appreciates her role as a faculty member:

I constantly find little nuggets of information that I can use to implement better classroom practices. For instance, it is interesting to note that customer service ideas can be retrofitted to our school and successfully applied in a classroom by treating students as the customers of education. In education, it is essential to be open to change and resourceful to others."
